Hartung / Getty source The New York Times article “The most gorgeous thing in Santa Maria, Calif., is the view of the Pacific Ocean from the mountain top.”
“The paraglarider in the background is the most beautiful.
It’s a very beautiful view,” said Tom Rinaldi, who runs the Paragliders for Santa Barbara and has ridden them on nearly every trip for more than a decade.
Rinaldi said he loves to ride in the sun and he is always looking to find a better spot for a photo op.
But he said that Santa Barbara’s views are especially stunning in the winter, when the sun’s rays are weaker, making the paragler’s paraglyphic effect even more spectacular.
“The sun shines on this valley, and it’s a perfect picture,” Rinald said.
“It’s almost like the moon, you can see all the valleys, all the peaks.
It looks so amazing.””
We’ve been trying to figure out how to make it so beautiful, but there are some limitations that we have to work with,” Rialdi said.
